2′x16′ 1/8 scale mile dragstrip with 2 lane return road. This track has a 1/8 mile dragstrip down the front stretch complete with 1/8″ steel bar stock shutdown rails between the finish line and turn one. This track has custom switching and can be used as a dragstrip with return road as well as a 2 lane road course. A switch for each lane selects whether the shutdown rails are dead shorted or connected to track power along with the rest of the rails. In drag mode, the rails are shorted, the car is launched, and comes to a quick stop on the shutdown rails. The driver then flips a switch and the shutdown rails are powered and he is able to drive his car around for another pass. The track has Trakmate Semi Pro Drag timing as well as Trakmate road course timing. Owner is Phil Trover of Kissimmee, Fla.
